  • Matcha thick tea (koicha) is a specialty. You must double the amount of tea and the water is reduced to 40-50 ml. It remains of the consistency of liquid honey.

  3. Wet cat tongue type cookies in tea and cover the bottom of six small bowls. Cover with the mascarpone cream and let stand 1 hour in the fridge.
