An excellent recipe with matcha green tea

For the mass:
- A packet of vanilla cookies
- Two tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Two spoons of sugar
- 40 grams of ointment butter
For the filling:
- One tablespoon of agar agar or gelatin powder
- Some water
- 300 grams of white cheese spread
- Half yogurt
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- A good spoonful of matcha powder tea
To make the base of this cheese cake, all you have to do is to pulverize all the cookies and mix them with cocoa, sugar and butter. Amalgamate well and cover the bottom of the container where you will make this cake, pressing well and taking the refrigerator to cool.
To make the filling, you only have to place white cheese, yogurt, sugar (add or subtract according to your taste) and matcha tea, previously dissolved in a little water, in a container. There you will have the cream of green tea and cheese. To solidify, you have to boil the agar agar in a little water for two minutes to activate and incorporate into the preparation. If you chose gelatine powder, dissolve it in cold water, since that is how it works.
Take the cake to the refrigerator until it is completely solid and fresh. At least two hours. Cut and serve, if you want, sprinkling with a little more matcha green tea to decorate. Do not forget also that with this tea you can prepare a mousse, for example. You can also prepare a delicious frappuccino with it.
