  • 1 about unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 200 g of fresh cream
  • Matcha tea powder
  • 20 grams of tea matcha powder
  • 2 clear
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 buds


Dissolves unflavored gelatine
Place Matcha tea, cream and milk in a bowl.
Aside, beat the whites to snow and add the drops of lemon juice and sugar.
In another bowl beat the yolks.
Take the bowl with the tea mixture to the fire and heat it.
Stir constantly, while adding the beaten yolks to this preparation.
Continue stirring until thick.
Remove from heat and add dissolved gelatin mixing well.
Pour this preparation on the whites beaten with snow.
Place in individual molds and take to the refrigerator.
