The processing of this baked Tie Guan Yin tea (TGY) is complex and requires expertise when compared with the regular fresh-scent (lightly baked) TGY.This Anxi Tie Guan Yin Charcoal-baked Oolong Tea can withstand a great number of infusions, and will exude a lofty, elegant aroma the whole way through, resulting in a truly unique experience.. A hint of flowers sweetness and baked notes can be detectable in the first brewing which creates a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel.
